Once we began passing, I fell in love with the Biscuit even more. Short passes, quick passes, long passes, saucer passes, or any other type of pass we attempted, went off without a hitch. Even the speed of the pass was just as you might expect playing ice hockey or indoor roller hockey. Being able to pass this easily on an outdoor surface allowed us to run some great passing and skating drills with ease. One in particular that some skaters might find effective would be simply skating with the puck while keeping your head up. You can easily feel the Green Biscuit on your blade and knowing the puck isn’t going to randomly stop on you makes running these types of drills a lot more fun and less frustrating

“…I have been using the green biscuit for about a week now and I have noticed a huge improvement in my puck handling. I play Roller hockey and it has helped a lot. Its great for about any surface. I mainly use it in my apartment complex parking lot which is paved really badly but has little to no effect on the puck. The only thing that I would say is not great about it is that you can’t shoot it. But overall, I would highly recommend if you want to improve on your puck handling skills such as dekes and dangles. I was really impressed with how well the Green Biscuit handled, you can move it fairly quickly without it flipping over. I really like practicing toe drags with it because it slides a lot like a puck, and it is the same size as a puck as well. I can do every move with a green biscuit off the ice as I can do with a puck on the ice.

I definitely recommend the green biscuit to anyone who wants to practice stickhandling and especially for people who want to work on passing. I had a lot of fun using the green biscuit, and it has found a permanent home in my gym bag, right next to my roller blades!
